Just playing around...

There is no real rhyme or reason for this blog other than just some random pictures of Hooper playing. But I still could not resist posting them.

For starters, these first pictures are of him playing with one of his favorite toys. Ma gave it to him for Christmas and it was a huge hit. It's a basketball hoop, a spinning football and a baseball that spins around all on one toy. I think he's going to like sports from what we can tell so far. Oh and let's not forget the camo bib. He likes to make a style statement when he can. Please forgive the red eyes in this blog. Our computer crashed so I'm having to use a back up and it does not have my photo editing software on it as my original does. We've ordered a new computer so hopefully soon I'll be back up and running.
Hooper's trying to pull up on anything he can get his hands on. But to me it looks like he's slam dunking the ball here, ha!
"Hey, Mom did you see me slam that ball? My brother Craig would be so proud of me!!!!"
He can pull up to his knees and that's it. He hasn't quiet figured out how to get his feet under him, so he sits like this now.

Last week Ma and Dad came to baby sit us again while Dee went to Tucson. Hooper thoroughly enjoyed playing with Ma! Check out the cute duck she bought him. I think he's a little spoiled!
My little Monkey fresh from a bath.
Of course Hooper loved Aut's hat as usual and insisted on trying it on. Aut fell for it again and couldn't say no. I think he may be wearing that hat on purpose to attract Hooper's attention. Like he needs a hat to do that, ha!Cute or what?
I love Aut's face here! Does he love Hooper or what?

Lately Hooper's been playing a lot in his Pack'n'Play. It really helps me out when I'm trying to get dinner cooked and on the table. Believe it or not though, his favorite thing to play with in here is the tag hanging off the changing portion of the crib. Go figure.
These pictures are from him playing with his other favorite toy, his kick toy. Yes I know it's made it's way on this blog too many times, but boy oh boy does he love playing with this! Best $10 I ever spent! He doesn't follow all the rules playing with it though. So what if you want to use your feet to play with the hand portion. I guess this is practice for him driving with his feet someday. Oh dear! And why must one play with the kick toy on one's back? Hooper has discovered he can lay on his belly and still kick the pedal to make noise. Is he talented or what?
And let's not forget using this to pull up as well. It actually works the best of all his toys. He hasn't managed to pull it over on top of himself....yet. He's just chillin' on the ottoman for a while. We had actually just finished a tickle session. The ottoman works great for tickling!
Yes I know my eyes are closed but oh well. My favorite toy is Hooper and I love to lay in the floor and play with him. He's to the point now that who ever is in the floor with him becomes a climbing toy.
Can someone say "HAPPY BABY."
One day last week when the weather was so beautiful Hooper, Gibson and I went for a walk to one of the parks down the street. The fresh air made Hooper sleepy but we had fun getting out just the same.
I forgot his shades so he had to wear mine. His future is just so bright that he's gotta wear shades!
That's all for today! We love you!
